What to know about working with us
Common questions before a UX/UI project
Do you only design websites and online stores?
No. We also do UX/UI design for mobile and web apps, admin interfaces, customer portals, dashboards, internal enterprise systems and other digital products.
Can I book UX research without UI design?
Yes. The research and the documentation it produces are valuable as a standalone project. You can continue later with us or with other design and development partners.
What do we need to provide to get started?
We'll need your business goals, existing documentation, a walkthrough of the current system or process, and access to the relevant experts and decision-makers. We agree on exactly what's needed at the start.
Do you involve users in the design process?
Yes, depending on the project's needs and constraints. We can use interviews, observation, usability tests or other research methods, always matched to the project's goals.
What format will the designs come in?
We design in Figma. Depending on the agreed scope, the handoff can include wireframes, detailed screens, prototypes, a component library, a design system and developer documentation.
Can you work with our existing brand or design system?
Yes. We can work within your existing visual system, or review and develop it further. If there isn't a suitable one, we'll create a new design system.
Do you support the team during development?
Yes, if you want. We help interpret the designs, answer questions that come up during development, and can review whether the build matches the approved UX/UI designs.
How much does a UX/UI project cost?
The fee depends on research depth, system complexity, user roles, platforms, number of screens and the documentation required. After the consultation and an initial assessment, you get an itemised, fixed budget.
