// When

When do you need a new online store?

Not every business needs the same system. But if any of these sound familiar,
it's time to put your online sales on a more solid footing.

shopping cart 1

You're starting to sell online

You have your products and a business plan, but you need a system that guides customers from the product page all the way to the order.

trending up 1

Your current store isn't performing

Visitors come, but orders are few: the range is hard to navigate, many people drop off at the basket, or buying on mobile is a struggle.

library add

You've outgrown your current system

The store is slow and hard to manage, it can't connect to the services you need, or every new feature takes a disproportionate amount of work.

// What you get

What do you get when we work together?

We don't treat an online store as a pile of separate features. We design your business goals, product structure, customer experience and technical setup as one system.

01 - Planning

Business and product strategy
How it works first, how it looks second
The problem

Adding products doesn't make a store work. If the audience, the offer, the product structure and the ordering process aren't clear, the technical build alone won't deliver results.

How we do it

At the start, we talk through your business goals, product range, sales process, shipping and payment options and future plans. The store's structure follows from these.

The problem

Customers easily get lost in a badly structured category system, can't find the right product, or hit too much uncertainty in the basket and at checkout.

How we do it

We design the whole customer journey, from entry points through search and comparison to the completed order. We remove unnecessary steps and give customers the information they need at every key decision.

The problem

Ready-made store templates rarely fit your brand or your product range. The result often looks generic, is hard to navigate and blends in with everyone else.

How we do it

We design the store's key pages around your brand, your products and the buying process. You get a consistent visual system that grows with new products and features.

02 - Build

WooCommerce development
A solid foundation for selling online
The problem

A poorly planned WooCommerce store quickly turns into a stack of plugins and workarounds. That means slowdowns, bugs and a store that's hard to develop further.

How we do it

We build your store on a clear WordPress and WooCommerce structure. We only use plugins that are needed, keep everything compatible and hand over a system that stays maintainable.

The problem

With a large or complex range, poorly designed categories, attributes and filters make it hard to find your way. Customers may leave even when the right product is actually in stock.

How we do it

We plan categories, product types, variations, attributes and filters. We build the catalogue so it's clear for customers and easy for your team to manage.

The problem

If payment and shipping options don't fit how your business works, you get extra manual work, errors and abandoned orders.

How we do it

We set up and connect the payment, shipping and invoicing services you need, tailored to your products, your target market and how you process orders.

The problem

An online store handles more data, features and external connections than a simple website. Slow loading, faulty integrations or weak security hit your orders and revenue directly.

How we do it

We optimise images, code and database, set up the technical SEO foundations and put the right security in place. If needed, we also connect your store to inventory, CRM, ERP, newsletter or other business systems.

03 - Handover and long-term operation

Testing, handover and training
Your first real customer shouldn't be the one testing it
The problem

An online store runs many connected processes. Without proper testing, a broken coupon, payment setting, email or shipping rule only shows up when a real order goes wrong.

How we do it

We test products, variations, basket flow, payment, shipping, invoicing, automated emails and mobile views. At handover we show you how to manage products, orders, coupons and core settings.

The problem

Selling online brings new needs, products, campaigns and integrations. Without updates and regular checks, performance and security slip over time.

How we do it

If you want, we keep supporting your store after handover: updates, backups, checks, bug fixes, performance optimisation and new development.

// Who it's for

Who is this for?

Not every way of selling online needs the same solution.
It's worth knowing from the start whether we're a good fit.

It's a good fit if…

We're probably not the right fit if…

// Project budget

How much does a custom online store cost?

There's no fixed price list, because no two projects are the same.
But pricing and process are fully transparent, so you'll know exactly what you're paying for.

// FAQ

What to know about working with us

Do I have to upload the products myself?

We'll ask you for product data, prices, images, stock levels and other details. We set up the product structure and fields together. We can also help with importing or uploading products, scoped separately. A one-off automated import is already included in the starter package.

It depends on the product type, but usually: name, description, price, images, SKU, stock level, category, attributes, size, weight and shipping details. We give you an exact data template at the start of the project.

WooCommerce works with a wide range of card, bank transfer and cash-on-delivery payment options, as well as couriers and parcel locker networks. We choose the right providers for your target market and the way you operate.

Yes. The store can connect to an online invoicing system, so invoices are generated and sent automatically at a set point in the order process.

In many cases, yes. It depends on how your current system is built and the quality of the data. At the start we check which data can be moved automatically and which needs cleaning up or manual work.

Yes. You manage products, stock, orders, coupons and core settings in the WooCommerce dashboard. At handover you get training on everything you need day to day.

Yes. We can set up customer groups, custom pricing, partner discounts, prices excluding VAT, quote requests, minimum order quantities and other business features.

We set up the legal pages and display them correctly, but we don't draft legal documents or give legal advice. If you need it, we can bring in a specialist.

No. Maintenance is optional. You can handle updates and running the system yourself, or leave backups, security checks, technical support and further development to us.
