// When

When do you need a new website?

You don't always need a new site. But if any of these sound familiar, your current one
is probably costing you more than it brings in.

left click

Your current site
doesn't bring in clients

You have a website, but it doesn't generate enquiries, bookings or sales. It may look nice, but it isn't working for your business. It's just an expensive online business card.

flag

Slow, outdated
or hard to extend

It loads slowly, breaks on mobile, and every small change needs outside help. Six months after launch, nobody dares touch a site built on a template.

more time

Launching a new product
or direction

You're launching a new service, brand or direction and need a foundation that's measurable and findable from day one, and easy to extend later.

// What you get

What do you get when we work together?

Nine elements, each answering a business problem. Open one to see what it solves and how it differs from a template build.

01 - Planning

Business and content planning
Goals first, screens second
The problem

Most websites fail because they're built before anyone decides who they're for and what they need to achieve. The content gets rushed in at the end.

How we do it

Before we design anything, we agree on the goals, the audience and the core content. The site's structure follows from your business goal, not the other way round.

The problem

A template is made for everyone, so really it fits no one. Your competitors use the same layouts, so nothing sets you apart.

How we do it

We design a custom interface for your content and brand, with a consistent design system. Every element follows the same logic, so it's recognisable and scalable.

02 - Build

WordPress and Elementor development
A clean build you can manage yourself
The problem

Most WordPress sites are a tangle of plugins. Six months on, nobody dares update them because anything might break.

How we do it

We build on WordPress and Elementor, but in an orderly way: a clear structure, only the plugins you need, and documented setup. A system anyone can safely pick up later.

The problem

Most visitors arrive on their phones. Templates often fall apart on mobile, so you lose clients exactly where most of them are.

How we do it

We design and test every key view separately on phone, tablet and desktop. The goal isn't just to make it fit, but to make it work and sell everywhere.

The problem

Even the best-looking site stays invisible without the technical basics. With poor structure and missing metadata, search engines can't tell what the site is about.

How we do it

Correct page structure, clean markup, metadata, a sitemap and speed: we build the technical SEO foundations in from the start instead of bolting them on later.

The problem

Every extra second of loading time costs you clients, and Google penalises slow sites. Templates are often heavier than they need to be.

How we do it

Optimised images, lean code, caching and measured load times. For us, performance isn't a promise: it's a number we can show you.

The problem

An unmaintained WordPress site is a favourite target for attacks. Problems usually come to light when it's already too late.

How we do it

Hardened access and essential layers of protection. We treat security as part of the system, not something left to luck. With an optional maintenance and hosting plan, you also get an always up-to-date system and regular backups.

03 - Handover and long-term operation

Handover and training
We won't leave you on your own
The problem

The site is finished, but you have no idea how to change your opening hours or publish a new article. Every small change means calling someone in.

How we do it

At handover we show you how to manage the site, and you get written and video guides. You'll handle the most common tasks yourself, with confidence.

The problem

A website isn't a product you put on a shelf. Without updates, backups and small fixes, it slowly deteriorates. Most developers have no answer for this.

How we do it

If you want, we take it from there: updates, backups, monitoring and small changes. It's optional, but it's always there when you need it.

// FAQ

What to know about working with us

Do I need to provide the text and images?

We'll need the core information about your business and services, but you don't need finished website copy. We help shape the content structure and, if needed, write the copy and choose the right images. The exact scope goes into the quote.

Yes. We build the site so you can make everyday content changes yourself. Handover includes training, and we can provide written or video guides for the key tasks.

Yes. We help you choose a domain and hosting provider, handle the technical setup and migrate your existing site. We recommend keeping the domain and hosting in your own name, so you always have full access.

The build includes technical SEO foundations: page structure, heading hierarchy, metadata, indexing settings, a sitemap and performance optimisation. Ongoing content SEO, keyword research and link building are available as a separate service.

Yes. Before a redesign we review the existing site's content, usability and technical condition. Based on that, we decide whether to build on the current system or whether a new foundation is safer and more cost-effective in the long run.

After launch we check that everything works: forms, mobile views and technical settings. We're there to answer questions in the period after handover, and we offer separate maintenance and development services if you need them.

No. Maintenance is optional. You can handle updates and content changes yourself, or leave regular backups, security updates, checks and technical support to us.

Yes, we design and develop WooCommerce stores. Because an online store's structure, checkout, payment and shipping setup are more complex, we handle it as a separate service with its own budget.
