What to know about working with us
What kinds of projects do you take on?
We design and build business websites and WooCommerce stores, and we provide UX/UI design for apps, enterprise systems and other digital products. We can also maintain, optimise and keep developing your existing system.
What's the difference between UX/UI design and website development?
In UX/UI design, we plan how your product works, its user flows and its visual system in Figma. Website development goes further: we build the working WordPress site from those designs and take it live. You can book the two together or separately.
Can you work on an existing website or system?
Yes. First we review the current system, how it works and what you want to achieve. Then we recommend whether to build on what you have or whether a broader redesign makes more sense in the long run.
How do I know which service I need?
In our first call we talk through your business goals, where things stand now and the features you have in mind. You don't need a finished brief: we'll help you work out whether you need UX/UI design on its own, a full build, maintenance or ongoing development.
How long does a project take, and what does it cost?
It depends on the type of work, how complex the system is, any custom features and what we deliver. Once we understand your needs, you get a clear, itemised quote and a realistic schedule.
Do I need to provide the text, images and other content?
We'll ask you for the core information about your business, products and services. We help you shape the content structure and, if needed, can arrange copywriting, photography or other related work.
What happens after launch?
You won't be left on your own. With an optional maintenance plan we keep everything running smoothly, and we can add new features, pages and improvements on a monthly retainer or project by project.
