Calm you can feel on screen too
– a new website and member area for Axis Flow

Roxi Haraszti started her career as an architect; today she works as a yin yoga and mat Pilates teacher, an Ayurvedic massage therapist and a cooking workshop host. The new Axis Flow website is a calm, uncluttered WordPress system that presents the three pillars of body, space and connection, and handles class bookings, cancellations and online payment in a closed member area.

Project idea

Axis Flow is not a collection of services but a way of thinking: mindful movement, touch therapy, nourishing food and liveable spaces all serve the same goal. Roxi's work covers a wide range, from yoga classes through Ayurvedic treatments and cooking workshops to interior design advice, so it could easily have splintered into separate services. The goal was a website that presents all of this as one system, conveys the calm of the practice and gives community members a simple, self-service way to book classes.

Our role

The brief covered the design and build of the whole website: an information architecture around the three pillars of body, space and connection, a bespoke visual system, and a closed member area where community members can log in to book group classes, cancel them, and find the price list and the playlists for practice.
The challenge was that the public site had to be mood-led and invite slow reading, while the booking part had to be fast and unambiguous: two different paces in one consistent look.

Shared strategy

Calm is at the heart of the strategy. Visitors are not looking for a timetable first; they want to know whether they are in the right place. So the site speaks in Roxi's personal voice and moves from the philosophy to the concrete offer: arrival → pillars → about → booking. The pillars share one page, divided by anchors, so every area is one click from the homepage. Booking builds on the existing community: members receive their login details by email and manage their classes in the closed area, with no back-and-forth.

Three pillars, one system

Axis Flow (body), Axis Space (space) and the Napfény Egyesület association (connection) follow one shared logic: every area presents its options, locations and dates the same way.

Online practice space

Online classes run with a Zoom integration: the joining link appears in the member area, next to the playlists for practice.

Brand identity

The Axis Flow brand does not follow the bright colours and sporty energy of the usual wellness world, but the quiet of arriving. Mossy grey-green and warm, earthy neutrals evoke natural materials and carefully designed spaces, in keeping with Roxi's interior design background. The Seasons headings give an elegant, unhurried rhythm, Montserrat body text a clean, highly readable base, and the handwritten Bigmaker appears as a small, personal touch.

Online payment and automatic invoicing
Class fees are paid by card via Stripe at the time of booking, and the invoice is created automatically via Számlázz.hu and sent to the guest. Connecting the booking system, Stripe and Számlázz.hu was not simple: the systems do not talk to each other, so we built the bridge with custom development and an in-depth knowledge of how they work, turning every successful payment into an accurate invoice.

After logging in, the My Classes page offers class booking, the member's own bookings, cancellation and profile editing in expandable blocks, along with the price list and the playlists.
